Deadly Crash Between Two Semi-Trucks Kills 2

Two people are dead after two semi-trucks caused a crash that shut down I-285.
The incident occurred on Saturday, September 16th, 2023, around 9 a.m. on I-285 N at Cascade Road in South Fulton.
The drivers, whose names were not released yet, were pronounced dead on the scene.
“It’s disturbing how often commercial truck crashes could have been prevented by better training, better supervision, and simply following the federal regulations,” trucking lawyer, Bradley Pratt states. “Most trucking companies do a good job following the rules, but a significant minority do not – with deadly results.”
The investigation is still ongoing to determine what caused the crash.
